This site is aimed to function as a base for a Tac Real Mod for Call of Duty: Black Ops IF there will be mod tools available for the game.
Since it have not been able to verify the information regarding modtools be or not to be the site will most likely run in fairly low speed until confirmed.

I think it will.
There was going to be a MP preview in August i think so maybe mod tools will be confirmed there.

But for the lazy ones... tacticalrealismmod.com will always point to the last actual site
